audiobrand.ing is a standalone property of Campera Media. This notice applies to this domain only. For campera.media, see the privacy notice published there.
2. Hosting
This site is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place on servers in Germany. Our outgoing email also runs through ALL-INKL.
3. Server log files
On every request the host automatically records access data:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL, meaning the page visited before
- IP address of the requesting machine
- date and time of the request
This is technically necessary to deliver the site reliably and securely. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
4. Cookies and local storage
Without your consent this site sets no analytics cookies. You can verify that in your browser developer tools.
- cm_cookie_consent stores your choice from the cookie banner, meaning the value 'all' or 'essential', lifetime 1 year. Without it we would have to ask you again on every page. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, strictly necessary.
- cm-theme remembers in your browser's local storage whether you prefer light or dark.
- sat-score keeps your interim answers in the Sonic Brand Score so an accidental reload does not wipe the questionnaire. It is removed once the score is done.
- sat-exit remembers for the duration of your session that a prompt has already been shown, so it does not appear twice.
Apart from the consent cookie, these entries stay in your browser only and are never transmitted to us. They disappear as soon as you clear site data.
You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.
5. Google Analytics 4
Only with your consent. If you accept in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This domain has its own property with measurement ID G-3W4EBF88K3, separate from our other sites.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you accept, all consent signals are set to denied, no analytics cookies are written and no advertising identifiers are processed. IP anonymisation is active, so your IP address is truncated within the EU.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR together with § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, via the cookie settings or with the Google opt out add on.
6. Requesting content by email
In several places you can request a report, a breakdown or access by email. We process:
- email address
- company, role and industry, where provided
- budget range and channels used, where provided
- your answers in the Sonic Brand Score, plus the score and the category results computed from them in your browser
- the result of the Silence Tax calculator
- a link to a spot, where provided
- which content you requested, plus page and language
Only the email address is required, everything else can be left blank.
Double opt in
After you submit, you first receive nothing but a confirmation email containing a link. Only when you click that link do we store your details and send the requested content. That way nobody can sign up an address that is not theirs.
If you do not confirm, the request is deleted automatically and completely after 48 hours.
Proof of consent
As evidence we additionally store the time, IP address and browser identifier, both at the request and at the confirmation. We are required to do so under Art. 7 (1) GDPR. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
Storage, withdrawal and deletion
Your details sit on our server at ALL-INKL in Germany, outside the area reachable over the web. We do not pass them to third parties and use no external newsletter provider.
Legal basis for storage and sending is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time without formality, an email to hello@audiobrand.ing is enough. We then delete your data, except for the proof data for as long as retaining it remains necessary.
7. Anonymous score statistics
When you complete the Sonic Brand Score, we store the result anonymously so we can later state how results are distributed. Stored are: date, language, the total score, the four category values and your answers on industry, budget and role. Deliberately not stored are your email address, your IP address, your browser and the time of day, so the entry cannot be linked to you or to a request. Because of that these are not personal data. Legal basis, as far as applicable, is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding our own offer.
8. Abuse protection
To prevent automated bulk submissions we limit the number of requests per sender. For this we do not store your IP address in clear text but only as a checksum, together with a counter. That entry expires after 10 minutes. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.
9. No sharing, no profiling
Apart from the recipients named above, meaning ALL-INKL for hosting and mail delivery and Google for analytics after your consent, we share no data. There is no automated decision making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Your rights
You have the following rights at any time and free of charge. An informal email to contact@camperamedia.com is enough.
- Access to whether and which data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure, unless a retention obligation applies (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
- Complaint to a supervisory authority, for example the one where you live (Art. 77 GDPR)
11. Data security
All transfers run over TLS encryption, recognisable by the https in the address bar. Beyond that we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
